Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 August 2026

These Terms govern your use of MassFlow — the website at massflow.media and the application at app.massflow.media (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY], [ADDRESS], [COUNTRY], registered under [COMPANY NUMBER] (“MassFlow”, “we”, “us”). Contact: hello@massflow.media.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Accounts may belong to an organisation. Whoever creates the organisation is responsible for the members they invite and for their use of the Service.

3. What the Service does

MassFlow lets you combine your own media, templates and variation settings to generate large numbers of short-form video variants, and to organise and export the results. You are responsible for the inputs you upload and for how you use the outputs.

4. Your content and rights

You keep all rights to the media and other content you upload (“Your Content”) and to the videos you generate. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, transform and store Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you.

You represent that you own or have the rights to Your Content, including any people, music, trademarks or footage in it, and that generating and publishing the outputs will not infringe anyone’s rights or break any platform’s rules. MassFlow does not grant you rights in third-party material you upload.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • infringe intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights;
  • create deceptive, unlawful, harassing, hateful or sexual-exploitation content, or impersonate others;
  • upload malware, or probe, scrape, overload or circumvent the Service’s security, rate limits or quotas;
  • resell or provide the Service to third parties except through the organisation features we offer; or
  • violate any applicable law or the terms of the platforms where you publish outputs.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, and remove content that we reasonably believe is unlawful or infringing.

6. Plans, trial, credits and billing

Paid plans, prices and credit allowances are shown on our pricing page. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Polar, acting as Merchant of Record and seller of record; Polar issues invoices and handles applicable taxes. By subscribing you also accept Polar’s terms.

A paid subscription requires a valid payment method. If your plan includes a free trial, we (via Polar) will charge the plan price when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods until cancelled.

Credits are consumed when you generate. Plan credits reset each billing period and do not roll over; separately purchased credits do not expire. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable and are not redeemable for money except where the law requires.

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current period. If a payment fails, we may retry, downgrade or suspend paid features until it is resolved.

7. Refunds and right of withdrawal

For consumers in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. Because the Service delivers digital content and access immediately, by starting to use it during that period you ask us to begin performance and acknowledge you lose the right of withdrawal for the portion already supplied. [Confirm/adjust this and any goodwill-refund policy with counsel and with Polar’s MoR terms.]

8. Availability, changes and beta features

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may perform maintenance. During Early Access some features may be incomplete or change. We may modify or discontinue features; if we make a material adverse change to a paid feature you rely on, you may cancel.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or to comply with the law. On termination your right to use the Service ends; we may delete your data after a reasonable period, subject to the Privacy Policy and any legal retention duties.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You are responsible for ensuring the outputs you publish comply with the rules of the platforms you use and with applicable law. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, MassFlow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will give reasonable notice (for example by email or in the app). Continuing to use the Service after the change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY / France], and the courts of [CITY / COMPETENT COURTS] have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
